• Special order items may be subject to additional shipping charges
• Prices are for will call from our Los Angeles location, shipping quotes will be obtained upon request
• Shipped order must be inspected for damages and missing items upon delivery and noted on the delivery receipt, otherwise, compensation will not be given for damaged or missing items
• Coatings Hub, Inc. does not accept any liability for applications of products sold
• Returns and exchanges are accepted for unopened, undamaged materials presented within 30 days of receipt.

Returns

• Store credit will be issued for unopened, undamaged goods returned within 30 days of the date on your receipt at 100% of the value of your purchase.*
• Monetary refunds will be issued for unopened, undamaged goods returned within 30 days of the date on your receipt at 90% of the value of your purchase.*
• Special Order Items are subject to the return policy of the manufacturer of the products ordered.**

Shipping

Shipping Policies

Same Day Shipping

All orders placed by 12 noon PST will ship same day and in most cases deliver the next day.

* Subject to product availability and freight carrier restrictions.

Hazardous Materials

All hazardous materials must be shipped with a freight trucking company due to regulations.

Damages

Orders must be inspected at the time of delivery for damages that may have occurred in transit.

If damage is present on your load:

• Note all damages in writing on both copies of the delivery receipt prior to signing the release
• Take photo’s of the damages and e-mail them to service@coatingshub.com
• If the entire load is damaged beyond repair, refuse the entire load and send it back with the driver and do not sign the release

• Residential Address w/ Liftgate = $75​
• Commercial Address w/ Liftgate = $45​

Freight Rates

Northern California

• Up to 500 lbs = 1-2 day transit​
• Residential Address w/ Liftgate = $155​
• Commercial Address w/ Liftgate = $135​
• Commercial Address w/o Liftgate = $115 *must have forklift on site
• Dock Pick Up = $115 *will ship to the terminal closest to your location
